To enroll in any of our classes please fill out our application form. Once we receive the form, we will email you instructions on how add your child to our classes. We will also confirm with you when we receive the PO. Homeschool families have the option to join any of our class or specifically our homeschool class.

This form only needs to be filled out for the first initial inquiry. On-going home-school students do not need to do this for every class.
