Halloween Party 2025

•   6:00 – 6:15 PM  Check-In 
•   6:15 – 6:30 PM Costume Parade
•   Kids arrive, check in, and show off their costumes, photos.
•   6:30 – 6:45 PM Quick group photo opportunity.
•   6:45 – 7:00 PM | Spooky Warm-Up Games
•   Pumpkin relay races, ghost tag, and broomstick balance.
•   7:00 – 7:45 PM | Gymnastics Tricks & Treats
• Fun stations: tumble passes, obstacle courses, and and “monster vaults.”

•   Collect treats after each activity.
•   7:45 – 8:15 | Food and Snacks
•   Pizza and Halloween Treats
•   8:15 – 8:30 PM | Halloween Dance & Freeze Game
•   Dance to Halloween-themed music.
•   Freeze when the music stops!
•   8:30 – 8:45 PM | Spooky Challenge Time
•   Team contests: mummy wrap relay or pumpkin toss.
•   8:45 – 10:00 PM | Movie & Free Time
•  Announce costume contest winners(fun categories like funniest, scariest, most creative).
• Hand out goodie bags.
• Movie and Free Time

PICK UP TIME – any time. After 10PM $1 per min cash to the teachers. Tips to the teachers are welcome.
