Who Is Having A Birthday?!
COME AND CELEBRATE YOUR CHILD’S NEXT BIRTHDAY WITH STRENGTHFLEX GYMNASTICS! OUR GYM IS A FUN AND SAFE RECREATIONAL SPACE WHERE YOUR CHILD CAN RUN, JUMP, CLIMB, BOUNCE AND EVEN LEARN A NEW SKILL WITH THEIR CLOSEST FRIENDS. BRING IN YOUR CAKE, FOOD AND DECORATIONS AND WE’LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST!
These parties run for 2 hours with 1.5 hours being on the programming floor and half an hour of food, cake and socialization in the party room.
StrengthFlex Gymnastics offers a supervised gymnastics party for your birthday child and their guests. In order to keep a safe and fun environment we ask for these guidelines to be followed:

Waivers for each child must be signed by a parent/guardian before participating in activities – even if your child has been to our gym before

Comfy clothing, that is easy to move in, should be worn – no jeans or dresses

For safety reasons, no socks, shoes, or jewelry and we ask that long hair be tied up.

- most Saturdays and Sundays
- 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

(12 guests/1 coach including the birthday boy/girl)
