The Toddler gymnastics (3-4y) and Kinder gymnastics (5-6y) programs focuses on developing strength, spatial awareness, and social skills. They will develop trust and independence in a fun and safe environment, learning the basic skills and vocabulary of gymnastics. The child must be able to follow directions in order to participate in this class.

Academy classes are based on the 4 Olympic events: balance beam, bars, vaulting, floor exercise, Designed for participants with varying abilities, where we introduce students to fundamental gymnastic skills in an environment that is safe, fun and focused on participation.
