This 90-minute class is based on the Olympic events: balance beam, bars, vaulting, floor exercise, Tumble track, strength and flexibility. Lesson plans are designed to keep kids moving for the entire class, improving their over-all fitness, and keeping it fun!

  • Tuesday           3:30 – 5:00pm. & 6:30 – 8:00pm
  • Wednesday     6:00 – 7:30pm
  • Thursday.        6:00 – 7:30pm
  • Saturday         11:30 – 1:00pm
  • Sunday           12:15 – 1:45pm

Montly tuition $143

Anual regisration fee $40 per family

TUMBLING

  • SCHEDULE (7y and older)
  • Monday            6:00 – 7:30pm
  • Tuesday           3:30 – 5:00pm. & 6:30 – 8:00pm
  • Wednesday     6:00 – 7:30pm
  • Thursday.        6:00 – 7:30pm
  • Saturday         8:00 – 10:00am Advanced  11:30 – 1:00pm
  • Sunday           8:00 – 10:00am Advanced  12:15 – 1:45pm

Kids increase their flexibility and strength, boost their self-esteem, and gain a sense of pride in their achievements. Classes are 90 minutes long and are divided into groups with their friends

This 90-minute class is based on strength and flexibility, tumble track,  floor exercises from forward rolls and cartwheels to front and back handsprings. It great for dancers or other kind of sports that need extra work on acro and tumbling skills.
