Recreational program

Our StrenghtFlex Gymnastics Recreational Program is for kids 6 years and older. It is the heart of the Academy. Here athletes work on fundamental gymnastics skills such as balance, tumbling, bars, beam, and vault, progressing at their own pace with guidance from our instructors. Each class emphasizes proper technique, body control, and safety, while keeping the atmosphere fun, positive, and motivating.

Whether your child is just beginning or already loves to flip, our recreational classes provide the perfect foundation for future athletic development — or simply a fun, active way to stay fit and confident!
